New Fall Schedule: Effective September 5th 2017
The new Fall Schedule is here! We heard your requests for more challenging class and more Ashtanga ~ so on Mondays we have a new Vinyasa Flow class with Ruth, and a new Ashtanga class with Miriana on Wednesdays (starting September 20th). Dan is also going to be teaching on Wednesdays, and Liz has moved to Thursday mornings. Jason will now be teaching a Power Fusion class on Friday mornings, combining yoga, strength training, calisthenics and more. Hooray!
For those of you looking for Natasha's Yoga Tonic class, we will be bringing it back in November when her schedule allows, along with perhaps another new class or two! Stay tuned...
If you ever have suggestions for our schedule or classes you would like to see, please contact us and let us know! We want to know where we can improve to serve everyone better.
Please arrive on time for your class. The Studio is open 20-30 minutes before each of our classes so you have plenty of time to arrive and relax. To respect the instructors and those who have arrived on time, we will not admit anyone into the Studio later than 5 minutes after the class has started. If you think you may be running 5 minutes late, give us a call! Thank you for understanding.
