This weekly class is open to all pregnant women, no matter how far along you are. The focus is on opening rather than strengthening the body, to prepare for childbirth, while also building strength and resilience in the mind.
Miriana helps to create a safe space for you to share your experiences during the journey with other soon-to-be mothers and move your body in safe and nourishing ways to prepare you physically, mentally and emotionally for birth.
This Series will reoccur every month ~ please Pre-register using the link. There is a minimum of 4 participants to run each series, so bring a friend!
$50 per person for 4 sessions
~January 4 Week Series: January 13, 20, 27 & February 3
~February 4 Week Series: February 10, 17, 24 & March 3~
~March 4 Week Series: March 10, 17, 24 & 31~
What the heck is a Silent Dance Party??!!
It's a dance party where everyone is grooving to their own beat! Bring your own music (on your phone or other device) and a pair of headphones to listen to it. Have your favourite playlist cued up or use a suggested one!
This way our dance party is non-disruptive to neighbours, but we can still dance and move together. It's almost like a moving meditation! No dance experience required, just move your body in whatever way feels good.
Please note, this event is outdoors at one of Orangeville's Town Parks! All details will be sent via email upon registration.
