Are you brand new to yoga, or want to revisit the basics to feel more comfortable attending more challenging classes? This series is for you!
Join Mel in this 4 weeks series where you will learn the fundamentals of some of the main yoga poses in a small group environment.
The 4 weeks will focus on the following:
Week 1: Foundations of breath, movement and standing postures
Week 2: Strength and integrity in your core
Week 3: Mobilizing your spine with twists
Week 4: Putting it all together
If you are worried about your lack of experience, mobility, or strength, don't be. This course is for you and you alone; Mel will be your guide to help you learn and grow, and most of all have fun!

4 week meditation series
This 4 Week Meditation Series is a crash course in the WHAT, HOW, and WHY of Meditation!
You will learn several different meditation styles and techniques, as well as their benefits. Each session includes a theoretical explanation of a type of meditation, a breakdown of how and when to use it, as well as a guided practice. There will also be plenty of time to discuss and ask questions.
No experience is needed; this series is open to everyone!

Prenatal Yoga with Miriana
This weekly class is open to all pregnant women, no matter how far along you are. The focus is on opening rather than strengthening the body, to prepare for childbirth, while also building strength and resilience in the mind.
Miriana helps to create a safe space for you to share your experiences during the journey with other soon-to-be mothers and move your body in safe and nourishing ways to prepare you physically, mentally and emotionally for birth.
This Series will reoccur every month ~ please Pre-register using the link. There is a minimum of 4 participants to run each series, so bring a friend!
