Studio & Schedule Updates in response to COVID-19

Please read on for all that you will need to know for booking and attending Weekly Classes: 

Indoor Classes: 

Our Studio is open for classes!

We are once again offering Hot Yoga as well as non-heated Yoga classes. Our Yoga Room holds a maximum of 9 people, to keep a comfortable amount of space between participants.

Due to limited space, it is recommended at this time that you pre-register for your class. We are also accepting drop-ins, but please pre-register if possible and check to make sure the class is running before coming to the Studio. If the class is full, you can sign up for the Waitlist. You will be notified by email if a spot becomes available. 

If you have signed up for a class, but something changes please cancel your reservation or give us a call. You can cancel a reservation with no charge up to two hours before the class starts. If you do not cancel, you will be charged for a no-show if the class is full. We will not hold your spot once the class starts so as not to disrupt the class. If you are late, we may give your spot to someone waiting for a space.

Please note that we do not require our staff to be vaccinated. If this makes you uncomfortable in any way, we completely understand. We hope you'll take advantage of our Free Video Classes instead, and join us from home!

By coming to class, you agree to adhere to all Public Health Guidelines, and that you are symptom free. If you are experiences any symptoms of COVID-19, or are just feeling unwell, we ask that you kindly stay home to avoid possibly passing on any illness to our staff or students. Thank you!

Live-Streaming Classes:

We are sometimes still offering select classes as Live-Streaming classes via Zoom. You can practice with your favourite teachers from the comfort of your home! 

To join via Zoom, you must register for the class on MindBody. Please pre-register for our Live-Streaming classes through MindBody here.

Please note we need a minimum of two participants to run our Live-Streaming Classes. Please register early so we know you will be attending! If the class you registered for has been cancelled, you will be notified via email at least one hour before the class start time. 

If you are unable to make your class, please cancel your reservation through the MindBody app or contact us. If you do not show up for class and there is a wait list, you will be charged for the class. ​

Indoor Class Protocol:

Indoor Class Protocol:
1. Please do not come to the Studio if you or anyone you have been in contact with is unwell, or have been travelling within the last two weeks. We ask that you help us keep our Community safe by being cautious and considerate in this way.

2. Please use hand sanitizer provided or wash your hands upon arrival, after touching your face, after using the washroom, and after practice.

3. Face coverings are not required but you can certainly wear one if that helps you to feel comfortable. Some of our hallways are narrow, so please be considerate of other peoples' space.  

4. The Yoga Room will look a bit different! We have 9 spaces, indicated by a white sticker on the floor which provides plenty of space for each student. We ask that you keep your essential personal belongings near your space, and be respectful of each other's personal space. You can leave un-needed items in the cubbies in the Reception area so the Yoga Room is as clutter-free as possible.

5. Please come to the Studio ready to practice if possible. Should you need to get changed, the washrooms or shower room are available to use at this time and will be sanitized regularly. 

6. It is recommended that you bring your own mat and props if possible (ie: blocks, blankets, bolsters/cushions, eye pillows). Our blocks and mats will be available for use if you do need them, and will be sanitized thoroughly after each class (we also have some for purchase). We are also using bolsters and blankets for select classes again, and will be washed regularly, but we do recommend using a small towel on the prop for your face if you need to be close to the props. Please also bring your own refillable water bottle. 

7. Please book your spot online through MindBody at this time. We also ask that you purchase your class pass or membership online if possible to keep our reception area less busy, however we can do purchases at the Studio when needed. 

8. Please head to the Reception Desk when you arrive and check-in for the class using the tablet.

9. The practice space and common areas will be thoroughly cleaned between classes (ie: washrooms, door handles, light switches, cubbies, etc). All common surfaces, props, handles, and the Studio floor are thoroughly sanitized between classes. Any items which are harder to sanitize are laundered regularly and left alone after use for a period of one week (bolsters, blankets, etc.).
