At Kala Yoga in Orangeville, we offer a wide variety of classes, both heated and non-heated, including different styles of yoga, yoga fusion classes and meditation! For details on the classes themselves, please visit the Class Descriptions tab. The regular rates apply for all classes, except for the Karma Class and Community Class. The Karma Class is a $5 donation (or use your pass) which goes to a good cause (see our Beyond the Studio page for details on which cause, as it changes during the year). The Community Class, Community Meditation, and many community activities are "Pay What You Can", as we would like to offer accessible and affordable yoga and a community to everyone! You can offer any denomination you feel comfortable giving, and there will be a donation box set up so only you know how much you offered. If there is a class that you would like offered that you do not see on the schedule, please let us know! You can use the Suggestion Box in the studio, or the form on the Contact page. Our Yoga Room holds a maximum of 16 people. Please note that it is not required that you pre-register for your class, but if the class is full those who have signed up online are guaranteed a space, and then first-come, first-served.
Signing up online is a great way to reserve your spot, but if something changes please cancel your reservation or give us a call. We will not hold your spot once the class starts so as not to disrupt the class. Fall Schedule: Effective November 1st, 2018
We are super excited about the new Fall Schedule! We have some wonderful changes and awesome new classes for you to enjoy:
We would like to officially welcome Barb and Brittany to the schedule! We heard how much you love their classes when they sub for our regular teachers, and now we are pleased to have them with classes of their own; Barb is now teaching Power Flow on Tuesday nights, and Brittany is teaching her own creation, Soul Food, on Sundays! Check out the Class Descriptions for details.
Kundalini Yoga with Elaine has now moved from Sunday to Tuesday mornings! We hope this will allow more of you to fit this amazing, energizing class into your schedule.
Jason's Friday morning class is now more appropriately named Yoga Breakdown! This class continues to evolve as we receive feedback from you, and it has become very much a technique-focused class. If you're curious about a pose or group of poses, transitions, or workshop anything else in your practice, then this is the class you're looking for! Feel free to contact Jason to let him know what you would like to breakdown in this class too.
And Sarah is now teaching another Deep Flow class on Wednesday mornings ~ get your hot yoga on with her twice a week!

Please arrive on time for your class. The Studio is open 20-30 minutes before each of our classes so you have plenty of time to arrive and relax. To respect the instructors and those who have arrived on time, we will not admit anyone into the Studio later than 5 minutes after the class has started. If you think you may be running 5 minutes late, give us a call! Thank you for understanding.
