At Kala Yoga in Orangeville, we offer a wide variety of classes, both heated and non-heated, including different styles of yoga, fitness, fusion classes and meditation! For details on the classes themselves, please visit the Class Descriptions tab. The regular rates apply for all classes, except for SUP Yoga (see below), the Karma Class and Community Class. The Karma Class is a $5 donation (or use your pass) which goes to a good cause (see our Beyond the Studio page for details on which cause, as it changes during the year). The Community Class and many community activities are "Pay What You Can", as we would like to offer accessible and affordable yoga and a community to everyone! You can offer any denomination you feel comfortable giving, and there will be a donation box set up so only you know how much you offered. If there is a class that you would like offered that you do not see on the schedule, please let us know! You can use the Suggestion Box in the studio, or the form on the Contact page. Our Yoga Room holds a maximum of 16 people. Please note that it is not required that you pre-register for your class, but if the class is full those who have signed up online are guaranteed a space, and then first-come, first-served.
Our new SUP Yoga class on Wednesday nights is by reservation only ~ please scroll down to our live schedule to book your spot. These classes are also off-site in Caledon, and are priced a bit differently: $30 per class or 4 classes for $100. Once you have registered for the class, you will be sent the exact address.
Signing up online is a great way to reserve your spot, but if something changes please cancel your reservation or give us a call. We will not hold your spot once the class starts so as not to disrupt the class. Summer Schedule: Effective June 4th, 2018
We have a couple changes to the current schedule beginning June 4th. As things slow down for summer, we have thinned out our weekend schedule a bit. Not to worry though! we will re-introduce classes in the Fall as needed.
Prenatal Yoga with Miriana is still new from last month! If you're a mom-to-be, join her on Tuesday nights in The Attic for this beautiful, supportive class. You will learn how to prepare your body and mind for birth, and find community with other soon-to-be moms.
We have also added a brand new weekly class specifically for the Summer: SUP Yoga on the Pond! Laurin will be teaching Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga in Caledon every Wednesday night during the summer (weather permitting). This class is by reservation only, sign up here each week by noon on Wednesday for class (we need a minimum of 3 participants each week to run it, so bring a friend!).

Please arrive on time for your class. The Studio is open 20-30 minutes before each of our classes so you have plenty of time to arrive and relax. To respect the instructors and those who have arrived on time, we will not admit anyone into the Studio later than 5 minutes after the class has started. If you think you may be running 5 minutes late, give us a call! Thank you for understanding.
