At Kala Yoga in Orangeville, we offer a wide variety of classes, both heated and non-heated, including different styles of yoga, yoga fusion classes and meditation! For details on the classes themselves, please visit the Class Descriptions tab. The regular rates apply for all weekly classes, except for the Karma Class, Community Class, Community Meditation and Prenatal Yoga. The Karma Class is a $5 donation (or use your pass) which goes to a good cause (see our Beyond the Studio page for details on which cause, as it changes during the year). The Community Class, Community Meditation, and many community activities are "Pay What You Can", as we would like to offer accessible and affordable yoga and a community to everyone! You can offer any denomination you feel comfortable giving, and there will be a donation box set up so only you know how much you offered. Prenatal Yoga is a pre-registered series that meets every Tuesday evening, and requires registration to attend. The series repeats every month, so you can sign up before the first Tuesday of the month to attend that month's series. Sign up here for the next series! If there is a class that you would like offered that you do not see on the schedule, please let us know! You can use the Suggestion Box in the studio, or the form on the Contact page. Our Yoga Room holds a maximum of 16 people. Please note that it is not required that you pre-register for your class, but if the class is full those who have signed up online are guaranteed a space, and then first-come, first-served.
Signing up online is a great way to reserve your spot, but if something changes please cancel your reservation or give us a call. We will not hold your spot once the class starts so as not to disrupt the class. Summer Schedule: Effective August 8th, 2019
Summer is all about long days and going with the flow! We have an updated schedule as we welcome some teachers and classes from The Lion's Den Yoga Studio, and a few of our regular classes are being put on hold until the fall. Don't panic! They'll be back.
Sunrise Slow Flow is a new class for Kala Yoga, and we are welcoming Jennifer to teach her 6am classes so you can get in a yoga sesh before you head off to work. She is also teaching an early Saturday morning class, Mindful Flow at 8am.
We also have Chris joining our weekly schedule, teaching Gay Men's Yoga on Friday evenings, as well as Liberation Lounge on the 4th Friday of each month. The Friday night setup has changed a bit, and we now have a rotating Community Class/Specialty Class at 6:45pm, which is a different class each week:

Please arrive on time for your class. The Studio is open 20-30 minutes before each of our classes so you have plenty of time to arrive and relax. To respect the instructors and those who have arrived on time, we will not admit anyone into the Studio later than 5 minutes after the class has started. If you think you may be running 5 minutes late, give us a call! Thank you for understanding.
