Kundalini yoga is considered to be the yoga of awareness and meditation, giving us the opportunity to drop deep within ourselves. Using the power of Breath, Mantras and Kriyas (specific sequences of rhythmic exercises) we can transform and heighten our vibration.
In this workshop you will experience the basics of a Kundalini Yoga practice and leave with exercises you can work with each day. Pre-registration is required.
