Yin Yoga Nidra

Welcome to a beautiful combination of yin and yoga nidra. In the first half of the workshop we’ll practice a low, slow, still seated yin sequence suitable for all levels to achieve a deep stretch. Next up we’ll dive into yoga nidra - a kind of yogic sleep in which you are deeply relaxed and yet your mind is receiving all the relaxing and releasing cues to bring about total release, awareness and restoration.
Yoga nidra has been shown to help with chronic pain, stress, sleep problems and anxiety and is deeply refreshing. Done lying down, it is comfortable and achievable for all levels.
